Sales Intern

FDM internships involve a variety of tasks where interns will gain experience and an understanding of the luxury Lingerie, Swim, and RTW markets. Our studio is a collaborative team where all members work together to support our mutual growth. We will provide the candidate with experience and knowledge in many aspects of operating a small, but fast-growing company. You will have the opportunity to work with several Departments including Sales, E-commerce, Marketing/Social Media, Production, and Design.

Duration

• 3 - 6 Months Full-Time or Part-Time (2-3 full days required)

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team during market appointments and showroom preparation
• Create and update line sheets for new collections
• Manage all sample tracking and various client requests
• Prospect new clients
• Assist with inventory management and order maintenance
• Showroom maintenance

Qualifications

• Understanding and interest in wholesale sales and the Fleur du Mal aesthetic
• Ability to work and collaborate in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail
• Understanding of Microsoft Office and Keynote
• Willingness and excitement to take on new projects, learn, and grow in the industry
• Based in New York

Compensation

• Receiving school credit is offered but not required
